ComReg finds that Eircom has remedied the previously notified discriminatory performance

ComRegs finds that Eircom has remedied the previously notified discriminatory performance in repairing PSTN faults for other operators. This related to the period from Dec 2006 until May 2007 when Eircom’s performance in repairing OAO customers’ faults was inferior to its performance in repairing faults for its own customers.
