ComReg has today made a final determination in respect to the dispute between Colt Telecom Ireland and Eircom Limited in regarding Eircom’s provision of Wholesale Uncontended Ethernet access components.
In summary, the determination sets out that Colt’s request was a reasonable request for Wholesale Uncontended Ethernet access components and that Eircom has an obligation to meet this request for access, pursuant to Decision D7/05. Please see document below for further details.
