ComReg issues further update on Consultation Document 08/05 - Treatment of Regulated Services within Bundled Retail Offers

On the 4 January 2008, ComReg published Consultation Document 08/05 and subsequently notified the European Commission of its proposals as per Information Notice 08/98. Given the elapsed time since the publication of the consultation and the receipt of responses from industry, ComReg would now welcome any further comments from interested parties by 5pm, 13 January 2009.
