Following a request from an operator for clarification on a number of points raised in the recently published 'Market Analysis: Leased Lines Markets Response to Consultation and Consultation on Draft Decision' (ComReg 08/63), ComReg has issued an Information Notice (ComReg 08/74) setting out its response to this request. In order to ensure that stakeholders have sufficient time to consider this clarification, ComReg has again extended the deadline for submission of responses to ComReg Document 08/63. The consultation period will now run to 5.30pm on Friday, October 3rd, 2008.
