Deadline Extension

ComReg has extended the deadline by over one week for submission of responses to ComReg Document 07/88 – Review of Eircom’s cost of capital.

The consultation period will now run from Thursday 1 November 2007 to Friday 21 December, 2007.

ComReg awards consultancy contracts

ComReg wishes to announce that it has awarded four contracts to three sets of consultants, for consultancy services advising on eircom's proposed structural separation. The total value of all four contracts awarded is 712,846 euro. Oxera/Ellare has been appointed to advise on the operational impact of separation. LECG has been appointed to advise on two areas, strategic issues and regulatory pricing/accounting separation. IBI Corporate Finance has been retained to advise on corporate finance issues
