ComReg publishes further specification of the Price Control Obligation in the wholesale market for the terminating segment of leased lines

Eircom, per ComReg Decision D06/08, was designated with significant market power in the wholesale market for the terminating segment of leased lines. ComReg in Consultation No. 10/32 and Consultation No.11/32 consulted upon a further specification of the Price Control Obligation in the wholesale market for the terminating segment of leased lines. ComReg has now reached a final Decision on the appropriate price control and this is set out in ComReg Decision D02/12.
