The Framework Regulations
impose obligations on ComReg concerning dispute resolution.
ComReg has published Dispute resolution procedures, Decision Notice D18/03 which apply to disputes between undertakings engaged, or intending to engage, in the provision of electronic communication services or networks or associated facilities.
Please note:
It should be noted that ComReg has separate procedures in place to manage consumer complaints, Doc 03/20 and ComReg has published a Decision Notice, D16/03 on aspects of its complaint handling role under the regulatory Framework.
