Consumer Line Statistics for Q3 2020

During the 3 month period 1 July and 30 September 2020, ComReg’s Consumer Team recorded approximately 27,100 contacts leading to 7,262 consumer queries being dealt with in addition to managing over 2,297 consumer complaints.
