It should be noted that there are no Universal Service Obligations (USO) attached to mobile phone licences. ComReg provides an on-line facility to allow the public to view details of the mobile masts throughout Ireland (GSM 3G and 4G).\u00a0 Access to the Siteviewer service is available at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/comreg.ie\/industry\/licensing\/siteviewer\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"This link will open in a new window\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/comreg.ie\/industry\/licensing\/siteviewer\/<\/a>.
