This legislation requires ComReg to regulate the premium rate service (\u201cPRS\u201d) industry in Ireland.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">The Act of 2010 also requires that all parties who are involved in the provision of a PRS, and who receive a revenue share from each PRS interaction, must be licensed for every service that they are operating.
