{"id":90455,"date":"2016-04-07T10:38:59","date_gmt":"2016-04-07T10:38:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/comreg.ie.grigore"},"modified":"2021-10-02T13:10:33","modified_gmt":"2021-10-02T13:10:33","slug":"eachtrai-lionra","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.comreg.ie\/ga\/tionsclaiocht\/cumarsaid-leictreonach\/comhlionadh\/eachtrai-lionra\/","title":{"rendered":"Eachtra\u00ed L\u00edonra"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span lang=\"en\">Network Incidents<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Regulation 23 of the Framework Regulations, requires Network Operators providing public communications networks or publicly available electronic communications services to notify the ComReg in the event of a breach of security or loss of integrity that has a significant impact on the operation of networks or services.<\/p>\n<p>Where ComReg receives such reports, it is required to inform the Minister and, where appropriate, the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA).<\/p>\n<p>Management of an incident is the responsibility of the Network Operator concerned, calling upon resources as appropriate to assist in the efficient handling of the issue.
