Release of 1800 MHz spectrum rights of use Information Memorandum\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p>On\u00a0 14 November 2013, ComReg published its Information Memorandum (<a href=\"\/publications\/information_memorandum_for_the__release_of_1800_mhz_spectrum_rights_of_use.583.104495.p.html\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"This link will open in a new window\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Document 13\/104<\/a>) on the release of 1800 MHz spectrum rights of use.<\/p>\n<h4><em><strong>13\/102 \u2013 Response to Consultation and Decision [D14\/13] on the release of 1800 MHz spectrum rights of use<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p>On 14 November 2013, ComReg published its Response to Consultation and Decision (<a href=\"\/publication\/information-notice-regarding-the-release-of-1800-mhz-spectrum-rights-of-use\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"This link will open in a new window\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Document 13\/102<\/a>) [D14\/13] on the release of 1800 MHz spectrum rights of use.<\/p>\n<p>On the same date, ComReg also published an independent report;<\/p>\n<p>DotEcon Report: Assessment of responses to Consultation 13\/88 (<a href=\"\/publication\/dotecon-report-assessment-of-responses-to-consultation-1388\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"This link will open in a new window\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Document 13\/103<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h4><em><strong>13\/88 \u2013 Consultation and Draft Decision on the release of 1800 MHz spectrum rights of use<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p>On 13 September 2013, ComReg published its consultation (<a href=\"\/publication\/consultation-on-the-1800-mhz-spectrum-release\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"This link will open in a new window\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Document 13\/88<\/a>), which consults on all aspects of the proposed release of the Award Spectrum.<\/p>\n<p>The consultation also included, in Annex 2,\u00a0 ComReg\u2019s Draft Information Memorandum on the 1800 MHz Spectrum Release.<\/p>\n<p>On the same date, ComReg also published an independent report;<\/p>\n<p>DotEcon Report: ComReg allocation of unassigned Time Slice 1 1800 MHz spectrum: Advice on award process and rules (<a href=\"\/publication\/dotecon-report-on-the-1800-mhz-spectrum-release\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"This link will open in a new window\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Document 13\/89<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>In November 2013, ComReg\u00a0 published the non-confidential responses received to Consultation 13\/88 (<a href=\"\/publication\/publication-of-non-confidential-submissions-to-comreg-document-14101-a\u0080\u0093-consultation-on-spectrum-award-a\u0080\u0093-2-6-ghz-band-with-possible-inclusion-of-700-mhz-1-4-2-3-and-3-6-ghz-b\/_13_88.583.104492.p.html\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"This link will open in a new window\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Document 13\/101<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Consultations and Associated Documents 14\/01 \u2013 Release of 1800 MHz spectrum rights of use Information Notice\u00a0 On\u00a0 6 January 2014, ComReg published an Information Notice &hellip;
