{"id":91044,"date":"2016-04-13T14:51:02","date_gmt":"2016-04-13T14:51:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/comreg.ie.grigore"},"modified":"2021-10-02T18:35:11","modified_gmt":"2021-10-02T18:35:11","slug":"faigh-udaru","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.comreg.ie\/ga\/tionsclaiocht\/rialachan-poist\/udaruithe-poist\/faigh-udaru\/","title":{"rendered":"Faigh \u00fadar\u00fa"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span lang=\"en\">Get an Authorisation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Any person providing or intending to provide a postal service needs to complete and submit a notification form (ComReg Document 12\/81n) to ComReg.<\/p>\n<p>As required by the Communications Regulation (Postal Services) Act 2011 (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.irishstatutebook.ie\/2011\/en\/act\/pub\/0021\/index.html\">\u201cthe 2011 Act\u201d<\/a>), in completing the form, you will also need to decide whether your postal service is \u201cwithin the scope of universal postal service\u201d.
