ComReg today published its consultation on its draft proposals for regulation of the Fixed Voice Call Termination (FVCT) and Mobile Voice Call Termination (MVCT) markets. Voice call termination is the wholesale service provided by phone companies to one another which allows for telephone calls originating on one network to be completed on another network. This allows for the completion of calls between subscribers of different fixed or mobile networks.<\/p>\n

ComReg invites responses from all interested stakeholders to the questions set out in this Consultation<\/a>. ComReg will review and fully take into account all responses it receives. Once this process is complete, ComReg will issue a final decision.<\/p>\n
