Mr Fahy will complete his term in ComReg at the end of August.<\/p>\n<p>Separately Commissioner Kevin O\u2019Brien, who is in his second and final term as a Commissioner with ComReg, is also stepping down as a Commissioner in August. Mr O\u2019Brien is taking up a position as Head of Division for Consumer Protection Policy and Authorisations with the Central Bank following an open competition for that position.\u00a0 Mr O\u2019Brien was due to finish his final term as a Commissioner in October 2019.
