For example, if you are on a ship that is travelling away from the coast and you are no longer connected to a mobile network in an EU country, the \u2018Roam like at home\u2019 rates will not apply.<\/p>\n<p>In a similar way, if you are outside the EU, international roaming rates will not apply.<\/p>\n<p>Some ferries and planes offer a satellite service to provide mobile coverage throughout your journey.
