We warned consumers about scam calls where the callers are using official Garda numbers<\/a>. Finally, ComReg informed consumers who were having issues with Virgin Media customer service, where to make a complaint.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Our compliance <\/strong>work resulted in Tesco Mobile refunding 12,773 customers<\/a> who had unintentionally re-activated their offer prior to the 28-day expiration period. Criminal convictions were imposed on\u00a0 GoMo and GoMo paid \u20ac5,000 in fines<\/a> for customers experiencing difficulties in porting their mobile number to GoMo. \u00a0In addition, Vodafone had to pay \u20ac10,000 in prosecution costs and donate \u20ac10,000 to charity<\/a> for failing to deal with consumer complaints.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n ComReg\u2019s consumer tools and resources <\/strong>highlighted ComReg\u2019s Outdoor Mobile Coverage Map<\/a>, where consumers can view outdoor mobile coverage for 10 Mobile Service Providers in Ireland.
