This Opinion was issued pursuant to ComReg Decisions <a href=\"\/publication\/response-to-consultation-and-specification-on-number-portability-in-the-fixed-and-mobile-sectors\">D05\/07<\/a> and <a href=\"\/publication\/response-to-consultation-and-decision-setting-a-maximum-fixed-and-mobile-number-porting-charge\">D01\/09<\/a> and relates to the <a href=\"\/?dlm_download=comreg-issues-a-notification-of-a-finding-of-non-compliance-to-vodafone-ireland-limited-in-relation-to-porting-charges\">Notification of a Finding of Non-Compliance<\/a> issued on 18 November 2021.
