You should be unsubscribed within 24 to 48 hours.<\/p>\n<p>SLA Digital refunded \u20ac8,872 to 364 customers following a ComReg investigation. Customers were unable to unsubscribe by sending \u201cstop\u201d to the PRS short code number. A number of customers were also charged for these PRS after they had already been confirmed as having unsubscribed.<\/p>\n<p>A ComReg investigation found that SLA Digital had not complied with the PRS Code of Practice and that, as a result, it had also not complied with conditions attached to its licences.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ComReg\u2019s PRS Checker<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you get a text message from a five-digit number, for example 57XXX, visit our <a href=\"\/servicechecker\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Service Checker<\/a> tool. You can check the details of the number or any Premium Rate Service.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Unsubscribing or blocking PRS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You can unsubscribe from a premium rate service by texting the word STOP to the five-digit number. You should be unsubscribed within 24 to 48 hours.<\/p>\n<p>You can block premium rate text messages if you are a customer of eir Mobile, Three or Vodafone.
