SLA Digital refunded \u20ac8,872 to 364 customers following a ComReg investigation. Customers were unable to unsubscribe by sending \u201cstop\u201d to the PRS short code number. A number of customers were also charged for these PRS after they had already been confirmed as having unsubscribed.<\/p>\n
A ComReg investigation found that SLA Digital had not complied with the PRS Code of Practice and that, as a result, it had also not complied with conditions attached to its licences.<\/p>\n
