We have information and advice to help you and have outlined some important things to consider;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Before you enter a contract;<br \/>\nIt\u2019s important that you shop around to get the best value offer for the service you\u2019re looking for. A service provider should provide you with a Contract Summary before concluding a contract with you.<\/li>\n<li>While you\u2019re in a contract;<br \/>\nWhen you sign up to a contract and you change your mind, you may have a right to cancel it during a \u201ccooling-off\u201d period. The rules around the cooling-off period are different depending on how you signed up to the contract. You should check your contract terms for more information.<\/li>\n<li>When your contract comes to an end;<br \/>\nIn the lead up to your contract minimum term expiry date, the service provider must send you a contract notice to let you know that your contract is coming to an end and tell you how you can cancel the contract. You should also receive \u2018best-tariff advice\u2019 from your provider relating to your service.
