and broadband services;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/have-you-a-question-about-your-phone-or-broadband-bill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">billing rights<\/a> for phone and broadband customers;<\/li>\n<li>requirement for inclusion of <a href=\"\/your-contract-must-include-your-broadband-speed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">broadband speed<\/a> in contracts;<\/li>\n<li>the <a href=\"\/latest-postal-dates-for-christmas-delivery-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">latest posting dates<\/a> for Christmas delivery;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/eu-mobile-roaming-extends-to-moldova-and-ukraine-in-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EU mobile roaming extending<\/a> to Moldova and Ukraine in 2026;<\/li>\n<li>the <a href=\"\/comreg-consumer-care-christmas-and-new-year-opening-hours-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">operating hours<\/a> of our Consumer Care team to offer advice and information over Christmas and New Year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We <strong>advised consumers<\/strong> to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>visit our stand at <a href=\"\/visit-us-at-the-health-and-wellbeing-age-expo-in-ennis-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Health &amp; Wellbeing Age Expo<\/a> in Ennis in October;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/be-prepared-for-severe-weather-this-winter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prepare for severe weather<\/a> this winter;<\/li>\n<li>be aware of <a href=\"\/fastway-couriers-ireland-has-entered-receivership-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fastway Couriers Ireland<\/a> entering receivership;<\/li>\n<li>visit our stand at <a href=\"\/visit-us-at-the-50-plus-show-in-limerick-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The 50 Plus Show<\/a> in Limerick in November;<\/li>\n<li>be aware of <a href=\"\/compensation-scheme-for-missed-and-delayed-service-and-installation-appointments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">providers compensation href=\"\/european-commission-seeks-views-from-postal-and-e-commerce-delivery-users\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EU Delivery Act<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>published <a href=\"\/comreg-publishes-consumer-care-report-q3-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Q3 Consumer Care Statistics<\/a> on issues raised by consumers who contacted ComReg\u2019s Consumer Care team from July to September 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our <strong>compliance<\/strong> work resulted in<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tipp Broadband and Rural Broadband <a href=\"\/tipp-broadband-and-rural-broadband-fined-e15000\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fined \u20ac15,000<\/a> following an investigation;<\/li>\n<li>Vodafone Ireland to <a href=\"\/vodafone-ireland-to-refund-over-e894000-in-roaming-charges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">refund over \u20ac894,000<\/a> in roaming charges to approximately 20,000
