Site Surveys
In June 2003, ComReg began a series of surveys of non-ionising radiation emissions from Telecommunications Mast sites in the Republic of Ireland.
ComReg selects sites for inclusion in the programme on the basis of geographic distribution and population density, in order to ensure service providers comply with their licence conditions in relation to NIR emissions.
The site reports from the ComReg survey programme are published below.
