The winner of the award was Ben Chapman from Scoil Mhuire Community School, Kildare for his project entitled Exploitation of Routers using Alternative DNS Servers.</description>

      <description>ComReg has today made a final determination in respect to the dispute between Colt Telecom Ireland and Eircom Limited in regarding Eircoms provision of Wholesale Uncontended Ethernet access components.
In summary, the determination sets out that Colts request was a reasonable request for Wholesale Uncontended Ethernet access components and that Eircom has an obligation to meet this request for access, pursuant to Decision D7/05. Please see document below for further details.
