If you are offered a Black Friday price deal for a  Wi-Fi,  Bluetooth, or other wireless-enabled electronic device, always check that the item you are buying: 
  • has a CE mark; 
  • carries an EU Declaration of Conformity; and 
  • is certified to relevant EU standards. 
Whether you are buying in a retail outlet or online, you need to check the item is fully compliant.
