There is also an opportunity to switch when you receive a contract change notification that allows for a penalty-free exit.
If you are outside the minimum term of your contract you should also consider switching before automatic annual price increases take effect.

- Any service disruption must not exceed one working day, and you should be updated on any delays or issues
- You are not required to provide 30 days notice to your current provider
- There should be no overlap or double billing since your old broadband contract ends when your new service begins
