Have you a question about your phone or broadband bill?

There are billing rules for mobile, home phone, and broadband services for both prepay and bill pay customers. ComReg ensures your rights regarding billing are protected. We have information and advice to help you and we have outlined some important rights below:

  • E-Billing:

Electronic billing, or e-billing, provides a way to view your bill usually through the service providers website, through their app or by email. If you cannot access and use an electronic bill, you have the right to receive a paper bill.

  • Billing Rules:
    • Bills should be provided free of charge.
    • Advance notice is required for changes in billing formats.
    • Customers can request itemised or non-itemised bills.
    • Prepay customers should have access to recent transaction history.

For more details, visit our Billing and Disputed Charges page.

You can also use our:

  • Compare tool for pricing of phone, broadband and TV plans.
  • Switching page for guidance on changing service providers.
