An Post, the designated universal postal service provider in Ireland, has advised that the last posting date for letters for delivery before Christmas in Ireland is 22 December.
The last date of posting parcels for delivery before Christmas within Ireland and to the UK, is Tuesday 16 December.
While these are the last dates of posting, the advice to customers is to post early.
