You should get an End of Contract Notice and Best Tariff Advice from your provider

As the minimum term on your contract approaches, your provider should send you an End of Contract Notice and provide details on how to cancel the contract.

At the same time, your provider should also send you Best Tariff Advice that recommends their most suitable plan for you, based on your past usage, that best suits your needs, following regulatory guidance.

Many contracts may automatically continue after expiration, when the minimum term comes to an end, until you cancel the contract or switch. Any new agreement that you enter with a provider may establish a new contract minimum term.

We have advice and information on contracts for phone or broadband services, highlighting important considerations at different stages:

  • Before entering a contract
