The Retail Division handles policy in relation to consumers interaction directly with sellers of services. This includes areas such as the universal service provision of telecoms access, consumer rights, some retail pricing, and the collection and presentation of consumer and business views on the telecoms market through surveys.
The Division is also responsible for consumer care and the provision of economic advice to the Commission.
