Director of Strategy and Economics – Paul McSweeney

 

The Director of Strategy and Economics has responsibilities relating to four principal areas:

  • Economics: Economic advice to the Commission and ComReg’s Senior Management Team, as well as professional leadership of the practice of economics at ComReg;
  • Strategic Planning: Supporting ComReg’s Senior Management Team in identifying organisational priorities and responses; and
  • Research & Data: Coordinating programmes of research and data governance.
  • International: International work, principally related to ComReg participation in BEREC.

The Director of Strategy and Economics also has responsibilities in relation to the economic aspects of advocacy and stakeholder management.
