From 1 January 2026, Moldova and Ukraine will join the list of countries where you can enjoy the benefits of EU mobile roaming, known as ‘Roam like at home’.
This means you will be able to call, text and use mobile data in these countries without paying additional roaming charges, just like you do at home.
It also means the ‘Roam like at home’ rules that ensure the same quality and speed of mobile service as at home will apply, and contacting the emergency services will be free of charge.
