There are different types of broadband technology in Ireland. The website provides information on the following broadband technologies:

  • Fixed wireless
  • Satellite
  • Mobile

You should carefully consider the Broadband Service Status information on the website as information is provided in respect of services that may not be currently active (i.e. not yet available to buy from a retail service provider). Further information regarding such services may be available from the relevant network operator(s).

It may be accessed through our website, standard web and mobile browsers and similar consumer applications and any app that we may develop, but not with any robot, spider, offline reader, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device, tool, or process to retrieve, index, or mine data from our website.

Information may be retrieved from the website by manually inserting an address or Eircode (from the National Postcode System) into a search facility. By using the search facility you thereby consent to ComReg’s use of the information inserted.
