ComReg Publishes Consumer Line Statistics Report Q1 2021

ComReg published quarterly statistics on issues raised by consumers who contacted its Consumer Care team between 1 January to 31 March 2021.

In Q1 2021, ComReg’s Consumer Line answered over 5,143 consumer queries, and managed over 1,355 consumer complaints.
