ComReg publishes Consumer Line Statistics Report Q4 2019

ComReg published quarterly statistics on issues raised by consumers who contacted its Consumer Care team between 1 October to 31 December 2019.

In Q4 2019, ComReg’s Consumer Line answered over 8,000 consumer queries, and managed over 1,200 consumer complaints.
