Did you know your broadband speed should be in your contract?

Internet service providers are required to include information in your contract about:

  • the minimum, normally available, maximum and advertised download and upload speed of your home broadband;
  • the estimated maximum and advertised download and upload speeds of your mobile internet;

If you are looking for a new mobile plan or planning to switch your broadband provider, you can visit our Compare tool to help compare the cost of phone, broadband and TV price plans and select the best plan, based on your needs.

We also have a page on our website with more advice and information on the requirements on internet service providers.
