Permanet ceasing services in Southwest area

We remind all Permanet customers based in Carlow, Kilkenny, Limerick and Waterford that their broadband and phone services will cease to operate Tuesday, 1 September 2020. This will mean that Permanet customers will be unable to make or receive calls or use the internet.

ComReg advises all Permanet customers to switch to an alternative service provider immediately. Permanet customers can visit ComReg Compare to review plans available from other service providers.

Further details regarding Permanet’s cessation of service and options for alternative services are available on the Permanet website.
