Permanet ceasing services

Permanet has recently announced that it is ceasing services. This will mean that Permanet customers will be unable to make or receive calls or use the internet. The cessation will be in two phases:

  • 4 August 2020 – Services for Permanet customers in Kerry will cease.
  • 1 September 2020 – Services for all other Permanet customers will cease.

Permanet has taken steps to inform each customer of their service cessation date. ComReg advises all Permanet customers to switch to an alternative service provider immediately to keep their number and to retain full service.

Further details regarding the cessation and options for alternative services are available on the Permanet website.
