Scam Calls

ComReg was alerted this morning to a potential scam where consumers are receiving unsolicited calls from a caller identifying themselves as a representative of ComReg.

Please be advised that ComReg would not contact any consumer unless the consumer has been in contact with us and has an open complaint with a ComReg Case Reference Number.

As always we would advise consumers to be vigilant and not to disclose any information to an unexpected caller even if they claim to be calling from ComReg. If you are unsure, please contact us at:
