The role of our Consumer Care Team is to provide you with information if you are experiencing issues with your communications service and to escalate your unresolved complaint to your service provider. 

If you have complained to your provider about a phone and/or broadband issue and if it remains unresolved after 10 working days, our Consumer Care Team can advise and support you.
