ComReg welcomes responses from all stakeholders to the questions set out in this consultation. ComReg will review and fully take into account all responses it receives and, once this process is complete, ComReg will issue a final decision. 

All responses to this consultation should be clearly marked: Submission to ComReg 26/03” as indicated above and sent by post or e-mail to be received by 5pm on 20 February 2026.
