ComReg issues an Opinion of Non-Compliance to Virgin Media Ireland

On 5 July 2022 ComReg issued an Opinion of Non-Compliance1 to Virgin Media Ireland Limited2 (“Virgin”). ComReg found that Virgin’s conditions and procedures for contract termination acted as a disincentive to a consumer changing service provider.
