Support for vulnerable, elderly & consumers with disabilities
The ComReg Consumer Care team is dedicated to offering help to all consumers who may experience difficulties with their mobile, home phone or broadband provider.
We are aware that for some vulnerable, elderly and consumers with disabilities, the complaints process may appear daunting and stressful, especially for those who are experiencing difficulties in outages or have no service. We want to ensure that everyone is treated fairly, and that they receive the appropriate level of support for electronic communications service (ECS) issues.
Where a consumer has difficulties with an ECS provider, please contact us for help, or ask a relative or other nominated individual to get in touch with us on your behalf.
