Consumer Line Statistics for Q1 2022

During the 3 month period from 1 January to 31 March 2022, ComReg’s Consumer Care Team recorded approximately 12,400 contacts leading to 4,081 consumer queries being dealt with in addition to managing over 507 consumer complaints.
